Identifying and Co-joining with developers and builders having a similar interest in doing senior citizen communes and who re presently doing large format standard developments in various cities across the country.

Overseeing the entire conceptual working of the commune to create an `island’ within that development, including interacting with Architects, Structural  other Consultants and all human resources.

Overseeing the Legal and other statutory aspects of the project, including interacting with Lawyers, Solicitors etc.

Carrying out Periodic Supervision during construction to guide and ensure that specific details and specifications concerning the concept are being implemented.

Co-ordinate and oversee marketing the commune including printing of all Promotion material, Advertisement in Media, Participating in Exhibitions in India and Overseas etc,  interacting with Real estate agents and arranging / participating in Press Conferences / Seminars.

Structure the entire working of the project after the same is constructed including tie- ups and agreements with various agencies, providers etc for eventual maintenance and functioning.

Assist in linking this Foundation / Trust with local NGO and service organizations like Rotary / Lions/ Harmony for Cultural and Social benefit of the Commune.

Identify Experienced and Interested providers in the same space from more developed markets and countries for technical and strategic alliance.

Maintaining on an ongoing basis a continuous Interactive relationship with the Foundation / Trust for “exchange” of facilities, technology, cultural programs and projects for Senior Citizens and to integrate this entity with other such complexes for time-sharing of residences for Senior Citizens within and outside the country.
