• All communes will be managed by their own individual and unique Trust / Foundation set up for its express intended purposes.
  This Trust will have on its board eminent citizens of the city as trustees along with the Promoter and Mr. Dalal, of OASIS.
• A Range of Cultural and Interactive Programmes to Facilitate a healthy harmonious environment will be conducted on a regular basis.
• Specifically structured insurance and pension plans would also be provided as an option.
